Priya Dutta

Priya Dutta serves as the Regional Head of Human Resources at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited since November 2020, overseeing HR operations in Western Maharashtra. Prior experience includes roles as Learning and Development Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at KPMG India, where responsibilities encompassed aligning HR policies with organizational goals and providing comprehensive HR support. Experience at Pidilite Industries Limited included positions such as Assistant Manager – Employee Engagement and Senior Executive – Young Talent Management, focusing on employee engagement and campus recruitment, respectively. Earlier roles include a Recruitment Account Executive at Pioneer Management Consultant and a Telecounselor at Vandrevala Foundation. Priya Dutta holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Algappa University and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from S.N.D.T. College.
