Yogesh R. Basole

Yogesh R. Basole has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as an HR Executive at Mahindra & Mahindra in 1999. Yogesh R. then moved on to roles at ITC Hotels as Manager Human Resources, ITC Infotech as Location HR Head/ Business HR Partner, and Wockhardt as General Manager Corporate HR. Currently, they are Head Human Resources for CG India Sales & Marketing at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, where they manage end-to-end HR support for the Consumer Business organization.

Yogesh R. Basole completed their Master of Labour Studies at the University of Mumbai from 1996 to 1998. Yogesh R. also holds a certification in Six Sigma.
