Andrew Richardson

Andrew Richardson is a seasoned property investment professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Development Director at London and Scottish Property Investment Managers since July 2019, Andrew manages balance sheet investments, joint ventures, and third-party mandates, with a focus on commercial properties and student accommodation. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of European Head of Development at Cromwell Property Group since May 2004 and was a Partner at Montagu Evans from April 2001 to April 2004, specializing in retail agency and investment. Andrew also served as a Partner at Ryden from June 1989 to March 2001.
