Rob Percy

Robert Percy currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Transactions at Cromwell Property Group, a role held since January 2012, focusing on high-value real estate transactions and co-investment opportunities. Additionally, Robert serves as a Non Executive Director at Oyster Property Group since June 2018. Prior experience includes Property Fund Manager at Investec Bank Australia, where significant contributions were made to the management of various Property Opportunity Funds and proprietary property exposure, as well as a senior role in Corporate Advisory. Earlier positions include Associate Director at PwC and Assistant Manager at NM Rothschild & Sons. Robert holds a Master in Science in Chemical Physics from the University of Glasgow and has completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
