Othmane Bendali-Braham is an experienced IT support consultant with a strong background in delivering technical assistance and training for various organizations, particularly within the European Commission. Since December 2020, Othmane has been a Freelance Consultant IT Support and Training Officer, focusing on the Rural Development Information System II, where responsibilities include workflow analysis, troubleshooting, and incident reporting using ITIL methodologies. Previous roles include Consultant Support Services Problem Manager and IRIS Solutions Expert at WESTPOLE Benelux, as well as technical support positions at Blue One Software, EUROCONTROL, HCL Technologies, INTRASOFT International, Orange Business Services, Tiscali - Scarlet, and the Antwerpen Regional Call Center. Othmane holds a Graduate degree in Business Data Processing from E.F.T.G Algiers.
