Mathew Morgenstern

Mathew Morgenstern is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Cross River since January 2022, Morgenstern previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at BMW Group from April 2016 to October 2021. Prior roles include Senior Associate in Legal at MSCI Inc., Associate at Arnold & Porter, and Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Morgenstern's legal career began with a Summer Associate position at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and included valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and a Summer Intern at the U.S. Court of International Trade.
