Gour Dey has a diverse work experience in various companies starting from 2014. Gour worked as a Quality Controlling officer at D2 International Ltd from March 2014 to August 2015. Gour then joined Kanchan banijya pvt ltd as Head of Quality in September 2015, but this role lasted only until December 2015. In 2015, they also started working at Torero Corporation Pvt. Ltd, where they held multiple roles. Gour began as a Sr. merchandiser for Production & Quality from December 2015 to March 2017. Gour then transitioned to the role of Production & Category Manager from April 2017 to June 2019. Finally, they became the Head of Supply Chain Management at Torero Corporation Pvt. Ltd from June 2019 until the present.
Gour Dey completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Netaji Subhas Open University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued Diploma engineering in leather goods technology from CFTC from 2011 to 2014. Their secondary and higher secondary education was completed from Sodepur chandrachur vidyapith between 2002 and 2010, specializing in Secondary Education and Teaching. In addition to their education, Gour Dey obtained the ILTA Award in July 2011, awarded by the ILTA President.
