Dagmawit Tefera is a dedicated social care professional with diverse experience in various roles supporting vulnerable populations. Currently serving as a Social Care Worker and Relief Social Care Worker at Crosscare since August 2023, Dagmawit has previously worked with organizations such as GOAL Global in the Goal NextGen Youth Program, YMCA Dublin as a Youth Space Worker, and Dublin Simon Community as a Relief Support Worker. With a background in hospitality at Gursha Ethiopian Restaurant and an internship at New Communities Partnership, Dagmawit has also gained experience in catering assistance at Flexsource Solutions and support for adults with intellectual disabilities at Pluryn. Dagmawit holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Maynooth University and is pursuing a Micro-credential in Domestic Violence Child Protection from Trinity College Dublin.
