Geraldine Scott is currently a Manager at Crosscare since 2011, where Geraldine also holds the position of Team Leader for the Garda Youth Diversion Project in Ballymun. Prior to this, Geraldine worked as a Youth Justice Worker and Garda Youth Diversion at the Irish Congress of Trade Unions from January 1998 to September 2007. Geraldine obtained a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Human Rights from the University of Limerick in 2021, following their studies in Youth Justice and Youth studies at Maynooth University from 2010 to 2013.
