Amy Bjarnason

Amy Bjarnason serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at CrossCountry Consulting since June 2012, focusing on building the infrastructure to support a rapidly growing finance and accounting consulting firm by overseeing finance, staffing, human resources, recruiting, technology, office administration, and management reporting. Prior to this role, Bjarnason held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Navigant Consulting from October 2006 to June 2012, where responsibilities included leading the strategy and development of an operations platform for a team of 75 consultants generating $45 million in revenue. Bjarnason also served as Director of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic Area at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2006, managing support functions for over 1,600 professionals across multiple states, and was a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen, LLP from 1997 to 2002. Bjarnason earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from William & Mary.
