Bruce McQuillen

Bruce McQuillen is a Partner in the Coupa practice at CrossCountry Consulting, where responsibilities include setting strategy and leading a team to enhance client value through digital technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics, and analytics in Sourcing & Procurement. Prior to this position, Bruce served as Managing Director at Deloitte, leading the Digital Procurement practice from January 2001 to March 2023. Earlier roles include eBusiness Consultant at NobleStar Systems, System Administrator for Oracle Financials at KeyBank, and Engineer at First Energy, where Bruce managed various construction projects at power generating plants. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University, attained in 1994, after graduating from Shaker Heights High School in 1989.
