Shelby Penenburgh

Shelby Penenburgh, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Intern at CrossCountry Consulting, where responsibilities include researching best practices for candidate outreach, improving communications and marketing materials, and assisting with the recruitment process. Shelby has also been a Dance Instructor and Interim Graphic Design Manager at Gainesville Dance Center since September 2018, expanding teaching hours and managing social media and the company website. Previous experience at THE HOPKINS LAW FIRM PLLC involved managing talent acquisition, participating in SEO consulting, and applying traditional and digital marketing techniques. Shelby holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from George Mason University, completed in May 2023.
