Abigail Singh

Abigail Singh is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and management. Currently serving as the HR Team Lead and Human Resources Specialist at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since February 2023, Abigail previously held various leadership roles at Victoria's Secret from October 2018 to November 2022, including Center Store Manager and Store Manager, where responsibilities encompassed talent development, customer service, and sales analysis across multiple stores. Abigail's earlier experience includes internships in social work at Caring Hospice Services and Centers for Dialysis Care, as well as an office assistant position at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. Abigail holds a Master of Arts in Bioethics/Medical Ethics and an MSSA in Direct Practice with a Health Concentration, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History and English, all from Case Western Reserve University.
