Silvana Stamatis

Silvana Stamatis serves as the Director of People & Culture and Chief of Staff at CrossEngage since June 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the People & Culture team, implementing career frameworks, and managing strategic initiatives in a hybrid environment. Prior to this role, Silvana was an HR Business Partner at Hapag-Lloyd AG, providing support and coaching to management teams in Germany and Central Europe. Experience also includes managing corporate HR development and recruitment at FMS - Fr. Meyer's Sohn, where global HR concepts were developed for 400 employees.
