Currently serving as the CEO of Crossfuze since April 2019, Griffiths oversees a global professional services provider specializing in ServiceNow strategy and implementation, with a workforce exceeding 700 employees. Prior to this, Griffiths was the COO of Virteva, where strategic leadership facilitated its acquisition by RLJ Equity Partners. Additional roles include serving as CFO and SVP of Finance & Strategy at DialogTech, leading marketing and strategy at G2 Crowd, and working in venture capital and investment banking. Griffiths holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University.
