David Anderson, P.Eng. has extensive work experience in the field of systems assurance and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) engineering. David has held various managerial roles in renowned organizations such as Crosslinx Transit Solutions, Gannett Fleming, Parsons Corporation, CH2M HILL, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Bombardier Transportation. David'sexpertise includes reviewing and assessing safety and reliability CDRLs, supporting PTC (Positive Train Control) aspects of projects, and overseeing RAMS certification for transit systems. Prior to their career in the private sector, Mr. Anderson served in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Aerospace Engineer, where they specialized in propulsion systems and performed maintenance on gas turbine engines.

David Anderson, P.Eng. holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Reliability and Quality Engineering from the University of Arizona, which they earned from 1995 to 1997. David also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Engineering and Management from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they have a Professional Engineer certification from PEO - Professional Engineers Ontario, obtained in May 2001, and a Certificate of Authorization from Professional Engineers Ontario, obtained in June 2022.
