Paula Thill is an accomplished professional in the field of customer service management with extensive experience leading teams in various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Order Management at Crossmatch since February 2015, Paula manages a dedicated team focused on enhancing customer service for global clientele and optimizing the order to cash flow cycle. Prior to this role, Paula was the Senior Manager of Customer Service at Natus Neurology Incorporated from April 2012 to December 2014, overseeing a team of 25 professionals and directly reporting to the Director of Business Operations. Earlier experience includes a position as Manager of Customer Service at Carefusion Inc. from July 2005 to April 2012, where Paula managed a team of 20 customer service professionals and reported to the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations.
