Martin MacLean has extensive experience in drug and alcohol support, currently serving as a Drug and Alcohol Support Worker at CrossReach since December 2017, focused on residential rehabilitation at Beechwood House. In addition, Martin has been involved with Road to Recovery since June 2016, facilitating a weekly Christian addiction support group. Prior roles include Drug and Alcohol Support Worker at Madras Street Mission and Project Worker at Bethany Christian Trust, where Martin conducted one-on-one support sessions and led group activities. Earlier experience includes a long tenure at Christian Focus Publications as an Assistant Editor and a brief role as a Yards Man at United Auctions Lairg. Martin completed education at Competence Based Training Ltd and holds qualifications from Golspie High School and Lairg Primary School.
