Mhari Baxter is a seasoned professional in the fields of counselling, dance movement psychotherapy, and creative arts education. Currently serving as a Senior Counsellor and Counselling Manager at CrossReach and involved with the Remembering Together project at Arts Collective and Greenspace, Mhari also maintains a private practice as a Dance Movement Psychotherapist and Yoga Teacher. Previous roles include CYP Counselling Manager at Rowan Consultancy, Artist at Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice, and School Project Manager at Place2Be, among others. Mhari's educational background includes a Master of Science in Dance Movement Psychotherapy from Queen Margaret University and a BA (Hons) in Drawing & Painting, Performance and Installation from Edinburgh College of Art. A strong advocate for creative expression, Mhari has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with communication support needs.
