The Clinical Services Team at Crossroads Programs provides comprehensive behavioral and therapeutic support, overseeing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve clients' mental health and well-being. The team includes the Director of Clinical Services who leads and coordinates care, Registered Behavior Technicians who apply behavioral interventions, and Occupational Therapists who develop and execute therapeutic activities.
