Brian is currently the Chief Experience Officer and Partner at CrossVue, where they provide oversight and ensures customer success for all Workday deployments. Prior to this, they served as a Partner at IBM, leading the Workday North American Practice for Higher Education and Healthcare. Brian also held leadership roles at Meteorix, Workday, Authoria Inc., PeopleSoft, Triple I, Asera, and Dun & Bradstreet, where they gained deep technical product expertise and managed customer relationships. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving continuous improvement and delivering value to clients.
Brian Hearing attended Bowling Green State University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
