Marco Esteves Lopes has a diverse work experience in project management and research. Marco currently works as a European Project Manager at Crowdhelix since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at LOBA.cx from January 2021 to March 2022. Marco also worked as a Project Manager at INOVA+ from July 2019 to January 2021. Before stepping into project management roles, they gained experience as a Research Intern at the Institute for Development and International Relations IRMO from September 2018 to May 2019.

Marco Esteves Lopes has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Languages and Business Relations, which they obtained from Universidade de Aveiro in the years 2013 to 2016. Marco further pursued their education at the University of Wroclaw from 2016 to 2018, where they achieved a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Relations - Global Studies. Continuing their academic journey, Marco completed a Post-Graduate Specialization Degree in Project Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2019 to 2020.
