Addison Larrow

Addison Larrow serves as the Director of Innovation Analytics at Crowell & Moring since February 2022, where Larrow builds and leads the firm's data analytics team and established its first enterprise-wide business intelligence data lakehouse on Azure and Fabric. Prior to this role, Larrow held various positions at WilmerHale from October 2014 to February 2022, including Strategic Innovation Analytics Lead and Practice Innovation Manager. Larrow's experience also includes roles at the American Institute of Architects, Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce, LivingSocial, and the United States Senate, showcasing a diverse background in project management, research, and operations. Larrow holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Ancient Studies from St. Olaf College and has additional certifications in User Experience Design and coursework in Statistics.
