Mayura Bhingarde

Mayura Bhingarde is a Radio Frequency Engineer and Fiber Engineer at Crown Castle since July 2021, responsible for designing fiber routes and splicing prints for venue customers. Prior experience includes serving as a Fiber Intern at Crown Castle, where Mayura won the Intern/Co-op case study competition and assisted in creating fiber maps and splice packages. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Mayura completed a MIT-edX course on Active Photonic Integrated Circuits and applied this knowledge in testing capabilities for the circuits. Additional roles at RIT included Student Manager, overseeing 40 student employees, and Graduate Teaching Assistant for a Fiber Optic Telecom course. Early experience includes an internship at Doordarshan Kendra, focusing on television program operation and maintenance. Mayura holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
