Benjamin Alva possesses extensive experience in both ministry and technology. Serving as the AV Person at Crown Point Systems since June 2022, Benjamin also holds the position of President of the Board of Directors for La Roca Ministries, which focuses on compassionate service in Mexico. Prior experience includes ownership of Alva Software, Inc., where audiovisual consulting and software development were primary responsibilities, and roles in various churches, including Associate Pastor at Jamul Community Church and Youth & Assistant Pastor at Spring Valley Community Church. Academic qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary and a background in education from Berean Bible College.
