Chris Gerrits has a diverse background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Mayor of the Township of Amaranth, a Senior Project Manager at Crozier: Consulting Engineers, and a County Council Member. With previous experience as the President of Gerrits Drilling & Engineering, an Engineer/Owner, and a Water Resource Engineer at a private consulting company. Holds degrees in Water Resource Engineering including a PhD from the University of Guelph.
