Serving as the Associate at Zarebis Pty Ltd and Founding Partner at Crackerjack Collective since late 2024, Brad specializes in behaviour and culture building, change facilitation, and coaching for accountability. With deep expertise as Managing Director and Founder of Leadership Gold since 1994, focus lies on empowering people and organizations to cultivate constructive cultures and enhance communication. Additionally, Brad holds significant roles in various professional organizations, including Vice President of ACMP ANZ and Board Member of IAF, alongside a longstanding commitment to Crucial Dimensions and the John Maxwell Company. Brad’s qualifications are supported by a background in Pure Mathematics and Applied Chemistry from Canberra College of Advanced Education.
