Pamela J. Brown

Pamela J. Brown currently serves as the Vice President and Head of People and Culture at Crunch Fitness, where strategies are aligned with business goals to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. As an adjunct faculty member at New York University, Pamela engages students in meaningful discussions within the Technology Team Leadership course. Additionally, Pamela leads blog strategy for the New York City SHRM's Special Interest Group, enhancing brand visibility and member engagement.
