Before joining Crunchyroll, Jérôme co-founded and served as the Managing Director at WildBees from 2016 to 2019. Jérôme also worked as a Senior Manager in Sales Business Development at Viz Media Europe from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Jérôme held the position of Marketing & Sales Manager at GROUPE DELCOURT from 2011 to 2013.

Jérôme Manceau obtained a DUT degree in Informatique from IUT d'Orsay, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Jérôme then pursued further education at IUT de Paris - Rives de Seine, where they obtained a Licence professionnelle degree in Métiers du Livre from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Profession commercial from Cegos in April 2016.
