Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts degree in French Literature from the University of Cincinnati and also earned another Master of Arts degree in French Language and Literature from the French University of Cincinnati, both from 1996 to 1998. Mesha previously pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, with Honors, in French from the University of Cincinnati from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, Mesha pursued studies in Physics at Bryn Mawr College from 1989 to 1994. Alongside their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications such as a Certificate in Project Management from UC Berkeley Extension in May 2021, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in October 2017, and BrightEdge Certified Professional from BrightEdge in April 2014.
