Karrie Passmore has a diverse work experience that spans from 2005 to the present. Karrie started as a Photographer Intern at Terri Gillis Photography in 2005, then transitioned to roles at Mackey's Body Shop, United Employment Services, FurstStaffing, and Furst Group. In 2010, they joined Rockford Health System, where they held roles as a Registered Nurse and an Epic Stork/Clindoc Principal Trainer. Since 2017, Karrie has been working at Crusader Community Health, starting as a Women's Health Nurse, progressing to Clinical Educator, and currently serving as the Clinical Applications Director.

Karrie Passmore completed a Bachelor in Applied Arts in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Central Michigan University in 2006. Karrie then pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing at Rock Valley College from 2009 to 2010.
