Kathleen Merto

Kathleen Merto is an experienced recruiter and program manager with a strong focus on early talent initiatives. Currently working as a Senior Early Careers Recruiter and Program Manager at Crusoe since January 2025, Kathleen also serves as the Events Lead at URx since May 2018, facilitating networking and collaboration within the Early Talent community. Previous roles include Sr. Global Early Talent Program Manager at Avalara from February 2023 to January 2025, and various positions at Cloudera, where responsibilities spanned from Global Manager to Early Talent Recruiter from May 2019 to November 2022. Kathleen began her career at Groupon as a Technical Campus Recruiter and University Relations Coordinator from September 2015 to April 2019. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Loyola University Chicago.
