Steve Parkin

Steve Parkin serves as the Head of Services for the Process Machinery Business at Cryostar, overseeing service activities for cryogenic turbomachinery and pumps since December 2019. Prior to this role, Steve gained extensive experience at GE Power & Water from January 2002 to December 2019, holding various positions including Project Director and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale EPC contracts, financial oversight, and customer relations. Steve's earlier career includes roles as a Stress & Strength Analyst at WARTSILA FRANCE SAS and a Test/Mechanical Engineer at Smiths Industries - Aerospace. Educational credentials include an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Cranfield University and a BEng in Design & Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University.
