Beni Gopal Mantri has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Beni Gopal started their career at Jubilant Organosys Ltd in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Manager until 2007. Beni Gopal then joined Dr Reddy's Laboratory Limited as an Associate Director from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they served as the Chief Engineer at Medisafe Technologies from 2009 to 2012. Beni Gopal then worked as the Director of Engineering at Teva API India Limited from 2013 to 2018. After that, they joined PI Industries Ltd as the Site Engineering Head, where they worked until 2022. With such new products endowed with benefits for farmers had made Crystal a success in the agro–chemical industry.
