Osvaldo Villa

Osvaldo Villa is a seasoned Senior Environment Artist currently employed at Crystal Dynamics since July 2011, with prior experience as an Environment Artist in the same company. Osvaldo's career began as a 2D Art Intern at Flying Wisdom Studios in 2011, where responsibilities included conceptualizing and creating 2D in-game content and UI icons for OS mobile devices. From February 2008 to June 2011, Osvaldo served as a Teaching Artist at Opera Piccola, designing curricula based on student feedback and fostering engagement on long-term projects. Osvaldo also worked at MiraGrafix in 2007 as an Illustrator and Designer, focusing on advertising design and website development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Animation and Special Effects from the Academy of Art University, a Credential Program in Education from Mills College, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the California College of the Arts.
