Tom Barone

Tom Barone currently serves as the Vice President of Food & Beverage at Crystal Springs Resort, overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service since September 2023. Prior to this role, Barone was the Vice President of Operations at Dining Partnership Group, focusing on food service for K-12 schools and universities. From October 2016 to November 2022, Barone held the position of Vice President of Food & Beverage at Monmouth Park Racetrack, where Barone revamped the culinary and beverage program. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at "Chew on This" Enterprises, owner of a small restaurant business, General Manager roles at ARAMARK, and General Manager at David Burke Group, overseeing high-end dining establishments. Tom Barone graduated from Montclair State University in 1999.
