Sinthia Aruya, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Crystal Stairs, Inc. since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Director at the same organization. Additionally, Sinthia operates as a Human Resources Management Consultant for small businesses since July 2020, providing strategic support in various HR areas. Sinthia's extensive experience includes positions such as Senior Human Resources at The California Endowment and Human Resources Strategic Partner at St. John's Well Child & Family Center. Helping parents find child care, training child care providers on how to nurture and educate young children, helping parents and providers bridge the affordability gap with child care subsidies, and teaching children how to use a computer are just part of what we do. We help families succeed, children learn, and child care providers become competent, confident caregivers.
