Diana Palazzi Mery serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Accounting & Finance at CS Energy since February 2017, having previously held the role of Controller. Prior to this, Diana worked at The Conti Group from May 2004 to February 2017, advancing through various positions including Operations Controller, Senior Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager, Senior Staff Accountant, Staff Accountant, and Junior Staff Accountant. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University (2000-2004) and has completed the Executive Education program at The Wharton School focused on becoming a strategic partner for CFOs (2018) as well as the Penn State Executive Program in Finance for Strategic Decision Making (2019).
