Deirdre McCarthy

Deirdre McCarthy, MSOM, CCP, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Shared Services at C&S Wholesale Grocers, where responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive HR functions within the largest wholesale grocery supply company in the U.S. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Compensation at UMass Memorial Health Care, the largest private, non-profit academic health care system in central Massachusetts, and National Director of Human Resources for UNFI Canada, focusing on strategic HR initiatives. Deirdre's career also encompasses various leadership positions at United Natural Foods, where significant contributions involved benefits, compensation, and HR technology functions. Deirdre holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Anselm College.
