Lisa Lee

Lisa Lee has a strong background in compensation and human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation at C&S Wholesale Grocers since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of Field Compensation and Senior Compensation Business Partner, Operations at the same company. Previously, Lisa held various positions at Dollar Tree Stores from July 2007 to May 2020, including Manager of HR Operations & Analytics and Senior Compensation Analyst. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University, completed in 2015, and also pursued studies at Liberty University from August 2003 to May 2004.
