James McMaster

James McMaster has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Cost Accountant at Trex Medical and XRE Corporation, where they were responsible for tracking costs and inventory. James then moved to Avici Systems in 2002, where they served as a Senior Accountant.

In 2011, McMaster worked as a Consultant at Zipcar and later as a Controller at PlumChoice, where they implemented process improvements and led the transition towards a paperless accounting department.

McMaster joined Soapstone Networks in 2010 as a Consultant and eventually became an Accounting Manager. In this role, they dealt with auditors, managed financial planning and analysis, and was responsible for the Sarbanes-Oxley process.

From 2012 to 2013, McMaster served as the Interim Controller at NeuroTherm, Inc., before becoming the Controller at St. Jude Medical (Neurotherm) in 2013.

Currently, McMaster holds the position of VP Finance & Administration at CSA Medical Inc, where they steadily progressed from Controller to Senior Controller and eventually to VP. Their responsibilities include overseeing the accounting department, IT, and HR.

James McMaster attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1989 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
