Kelly Perrow

Kelly Perrow, CHRP, has over two decades of experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of HRIS at CSA Group since February 2011. In this role, Kelly oversees the HRIS strategic plan, focusing on emerging HR technologies and innovative system enhancements. Previous positions include Senior Manager, HRIS at CSA Group, Publicity Director for the Human Resources Professional Association - Peel Chapter, SAP-HRIS Project Manager at BASF Canada Inc., and HR Site Manager at Ciba Canada Ltd. Significant achievements include leading the SAP HRIS & Payroll implementation and managing HR functions during corporate integrations. Kelly holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and further education from Ivey Business School at Western University.
