Vira Seneviratne

Vira Seneviratne currently serves as the Deputy Corporate Secretary at CSA Group since October 2021, following a similar role at Canada Infrastructure Bank from March 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included advising the Board of Directors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Corporate Secretary at the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) from 2013 to 2019, where Vira managed corporate secretarial matters and was a subject matter expert in corporate governance. Earlier roles include Independent Review Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright and Corporate/Commercial Associate at the Law Office of Andrew B. Tulk, Q.C. Vira holds a Barrister-at-Law designation from the Law Society of Upper Canada and multiple legal degrees from institutions including the University of Ottawa and Law College of Sri Lanka, complemented by a Governance Essentials Program from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
