Zahra Amini serves as a Product Safety Engineer Level III and Group Product Manager at CSA Group since July 2013, overseeing certification teams to ensure compliance with North American and International standards. Amini has developed efficient systems for service delivery and constructed business strategies that align with CSA’s values, while managing resources effectively within budget constraints. Previously, Amini held roles at RIM as a PCB Design Engineer and Test Engineer, contributing to the design and testing of electronic circuits, as well as improving testing techniques for BlackBerry products. Amini's early career included a position as a Technical Support Specialist at Flextronics Canada, enhancing customer satisfaction through improved processes, and a long tenure at ICII Inc. as Production Quality & Technology Manager, where quality assurance and production systems were established and managed.
