Tyler Winston

Tyler Winston is an experienced engineering and project management professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Automation at CSAT Solutions LP since October 2023, where Tyler leads transformative warehouse fulfillment projects that include the implementation of advanced automation systems resulting in significant efficiency gains. Prior to CSAT Solutions, Tyler held the position of Corporate Engineering Manager at Arconic, overseeing a capital project portfolio exceeding $300 million annually, while also playing a key role in the company's sale to Apollo. At Genera Inc., Tyler successfully managed the establishment of the first fully integrated non-wood fiber chemical pulp mill in the USA, leading a $100 million funded project and culminating in a $200 million sale. Previous roles include senior project engineer at Unipres USA, manufacturing engineer at Georgia-Pacific, and project engineer at General Motors, showcasing a strong track record in engineering, project management, and process improvement.
