Mansour Faried, MSc CM, PMP - CCE, serves as Chief Engineer and a member of the Board of Management at CSCEC Middle East since June 2014, overseeing the Engineering Department and managing a team focused on technical bids, design coordination, and innovative construction solutions. Previous experience includes a role as Technical Manager at Samsung C&T from March 2005 to May 2014, where responsibilities encompassed the preparation of tender technical proposals and site management throughout project lifecycles. Mansour holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from The British University in Dubai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from Ain Shams University.

CSCEC Middle East L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as CSCME) is instituted as a major overseas operational enterprise of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CSCHQ). CSCME is an established contractor that provides multi-disciplinary (i.e. Building, Infrastructure and MEP work) Engineering and Construction services in the UAE with headquarters in Dubai. CSCHQ was founded in 1957 and established in Beijing, China. In the year 2009, CSCHQ was officially listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange as having the largest IPO in the world. It was recognized as the No. 18 of the top 500 Global Enterprise by “Fortune” magazine in the year 2020. In July 2003, CSCME was awarded the Palm Jumeirah Garden Home Villas Project, an iconic housing project on the world famous Palm Jumeirah. In March, 2005, CSCME was formally established in Dubai, UAE. By the year 2008, CSCME ventured into other Emirates and established branches in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. During this time, the company expanded and became a diversified contractor with its own Infrastructure and MEP divisions.
