Mohammed Siddiq, an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Assoc.RICS), has extensive experience in quantity surveying, having worked with CSCEC Middle East since April 2019. CSCEC Middle East L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as CSCME) is instituted as a major overseas operational enterprise of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CSCHQ). CSCME is an established contractor that provides multi-disciplinary (i.e. Building, Infrastructure and MEP work) Engineering and Construction services in the UAE with headquarters in Dubai. CSCHQ was founded in 1957 and established in Beijing, China. In the year 2009, CSCHQ was officially listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange as having the largest IPO in the world. It was recognized as the No. 18 of the top 500 Global Enterprise by “Fortune” magazine in the year 2020. In July 2003, CSCME was awarded the Palm Jumeirah Garden Home Villas Project, an iconic housing project on the world famous Palm Jumeirah. In March, 2005, CSCME was formally established in Dubai, UAE. By the year 2008, CSCME ventured into other Emirates and established branches in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. During this time, the company expanded and became a diversified contractor with its own Infrastructure and MEP divisions.
