Kala Martin

Kala Martin has over 16 years of work experience. Kala began their career in 2005 as a Senior Team Leader-Human Resources at Target. In 2011, they moved to Toys R Us, where they served as an Assistant Store Manager/District HR Captain. In 2014, Kala joined Kessler Collection as a Human Resources Manager. In 2018, they began working at Cintas as a Market Human Resources Manager. Kala is currently a Senior Recruiter at CSC Generation, a position they have held since 2022.

Kala Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Valdosta State University between 2000 and 2004. Kala also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in October 2018.
