Paul Whelan

Paul Whelan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in depositary and custody services across various prestigious institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Depositary Services at CSC Global Financial Markets since March 2020, Paul previously held leadership roles, including Managing Director and Global Head of Depositary and Custody Services at European Depositary Bank SA, and Director, Global Head of Depositary Services at Deutsche Bank. Additionally, Paul has held senior positions at INDOS Financial Limited, BNY Mellon, PNC International Bank Limited, BISYS Fund Services, and PFPC International Limited, contributing significant expertise in fund accounting and trustee services. A graduate of Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance, Paul began a career in finance as a Finance Intern at Quantum following formative education at Enniscorthy CBS.
