Casey Melson

Casey Melson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as the Global Human Resources Director at CSC, with a career spanning nearly two decades in human resources management. Since joining CSC in May 2005, Casey has led numerous initiatives including global acquisition integration, leadership development, and global philanthropy, while acting as a Senior Strategic Business Partner for Digital Brand Services. Previous roles include Global Senior Manager and Global HR Manager positions where Casey coordinated teams across 14 countries, focusing on strategic business partnerships and HR services. Prior to CSC, Casey managed operations as the Resident Manager at Ronald McDonald House of Delaware, overseeing staff and volunteer management. Casey holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
